We are the first Parkour Gym gym in all of Norcal, 4th PK gym in the US, and 8th in the World. We are the pioneers of the Parkour movement in Northern California. If you are looking for authenticity, look no further.

Through our Travel Circus and PK demo program, we have cultivated 40+ professional athletes who got their first paying performance gigs through us. These athletes have worked in movies, commercials, live shows, music videos, national tours, theme parks, and ESPN’s World Chase Tag.

We are the first Aerial Silks Gym in the Lincoln, Rocklin, Roseville area. Since 2013 we have had a thriving Aerial program.

We are the only Martial Arts gym in Placer County that has an actual Kung Fu family lineage with ties to the Shaolin Temple. We are the only Martial Arts Gym in Placer County with instructors that trained at The Shaolin Temple. Our head instructor also speaks fluent Mandarin.

Our Film & Production company has completed 5 feature films, 2 of which have won 26+ national and international awards. We are the only Film company in the Sacramento Region that has a feature film distributed internationally.
